{"id":2257,"date":"2026-06-12T12:52:21","date_gmt":"2026-06-12T12:52:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hki.unugiri.ac.id\/?p=2257"},"modified":"2026-06-12T12:56:46","modified_gmt":"2026-06-12T12:56:46","slug":"penguatan-advokasi-hukum-bagi-perempuan-korban-kekerasan-mahasiswa-hki-unugiri-ikuti-diskusi-interaktif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hki.unugiri.ac.id\/?p=2257","title":{"rendered":"Penguatan Advokasi Hukum bagi Perempuan Korban Kekerasan, Mahasiswa HKI UNUGIRI Ikuti Diskusi Interaktif"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>hki.unugiri.ac.id, Bojonegoro \u2013<\/strong> Mahasiswa Program Studi Hukum Keluarga Islam (HKI) Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri (UNUGIRI) Bojonegoro mengikuti kegiatan \u201cPenguatan Advokasi Hukum bagi Perempuan Korban Kekerasan\u201d yang diselenggarakan melalui Program Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) berkolaborasi dengan Aliansi Peduli Perempuan dan Anak (APPA) Bojonegoro pada Jumat (12\/06\/2026) di Smartclass UNUGIRI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai advokasi hukum bagi perempuan korban kekerasan sekaligus memperkuat kesadaran akan pentingnya perlindungan terhadap perempuan dan anak di tengah masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hadir sebagai narasumber utama, Nafidatul Himah, Ketua APPA Bojonegoro, yang menyampaikan materi mengenai bentuk-bentuk kekerasan terhadap perempuan, hak-hak korban, mekanisme pendampingan hukum, serta peran berbagai pihak dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan berkeadilan bagi korban kekerasan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acara diawali dengan pembukaan oleh pembawa acara (MC) dan dilanjutkan dengan pengantar kegiatan yang dipandu oleh Indah Listyorini, M.H.I., dosen Program Studi HKI UNUGIRI, selaku moderator. Setelah penyampaian materi utama, peserta dibagi ke dalam empat kelompok diskusi yang masing-masing didampingi secara langsung oleh narasumber dan tim PKM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hki.unugiri.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2026\/06\/kel.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2259\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui diskusi kelompok tersebut, peserta diajak untuk membahas berbagai kasus yang berkaitan dengan kekerasan terhadap perempuan, mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi korban, serta mendiskusikan langkah-langkah advokasi hukum yang dapat dilakukan. Metode ini memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk memahami materi secara lebih mendalam melalui pembahasan kasus dan pertukaran gagasan secara langsung dengan para pemateri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tim PKM yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari Burhanatut Dyana, M.H., Indah Listyorini, M.H.I., dan Anwar Saleh Hasibuan, Lc., M.H. Kolaborasi antara tim PKM dan APPA Bojonegoro menjadi bentuk nyata sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan organisasi masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan kesadaran hukum serta perlindungan terhadap perempuan dan anak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui kegiatan ini, mahasiswa HKI UNUGIRI memperoleh wawasan baru mengenai pentingnya advokasi hukum bagi perempuan korban kekerasan serta peran yang dapat mereka ambil sebagai generasi muda dalam mendukung terwujudnya keadilan dan perlindungan hukum bagi kelompok rentan.
